SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be shipped anywhere in New Zealand for a flat rate of $6.50. Delivery will be by Fastway Couriers and will require a signature at the specified destination of drop off. Standard delivery time in the North Island is approximately 48hours, South Island is approximately 72hours. A track and trace can be done at any time by calling our freephone 0800 CYTOMAX (298 6629) or by contacting sales@cytomax.co.nz

We reserve the right to use New Zealand Post when shipping to remote or rural areas where our standard courier does not service. Any additional cost will be at the buyers expense.

RETURNS POLICY

All items sold by Elite Sports Direct Ltd may be returned within 7 days of delivery. A full refund will be given if the return is a result of an error on our behalf. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all other occasions. It is the buyers responsibility to check the condition of delivery before signing for any package, and to refuse the package if it is damaged in any way. If this is to happen please contact us immediately to ensure you still receive your order on a timely manner.

If you receive a defective product (i.e – seal is broken) please contact us within 7 days of delivery on our freephone 0800 CYTOMAX (298 6629) or sales@cytomax.co.nz. Product can sometimes settle in container. If this has happened simply break product up using a blunt knife or spoon.
